Every scrub set is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch to make sure you receive premium quality products.

Please note: Product photos are taken under professional lighting, therefore slight differences in colour, shade, or appearance may occur when viewed in different lighting conditions after delivery.

🚫 Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for:  
✔ Faulty items  
✔ Incorrect orders  
✔ Products damaged upon arrival  

We do not accept responsibility for damages caused by courier/postal handling after dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of:  
• The product  
• Packaging  
• Shipping label  

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the wrong or faulty item was sent by us.

Due to hygiene and quality standards, items that have been worn, washed, or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

As all products go through strict quality checks before shipping, we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
